Are they IEC or NFPA (I guess they are NFPA)?
Click + of the Schematic Libraries to find out the default symbol libraries.In the Project Settings tab click Schematic Libraries then click Default. Check your project properties: right click project> properties.
What is happening here is your project is IEC standard project ie it supposed to symbols from IEC library folder whereas ACADE is defaulted to NFPA standard ie WD.ENV file is telling ACADE to use NFPA Symbols instead.
